After thirty years in real estate, the same kind of conversation kept coming up: a family had just inherited a home, no one quite knew what to do with it, and the people they were talking to all seemed to want one specific outcome. Next Horizon Realty exists so that those families have somewhere to turn that starts with their questions, not with a sales pitch.

Preston has been licensed as a real estate broker for nearly three decades. He has spent that career helping families buy, sell, and hold homes through every kind of life transition — the happy ones and the hard ones.
Over the years, he kept noticing how often heirs found themselves alone with a property and no obvious next step. A house full of memories, a stack of unfamiliar paperwork, and a phone full of investors making offers. Next Horizon Realty is his answer: a calmer, more deliberate place to land.
He works directly with the families he meets and, when it’s time to act locally, hand-picks the right licensed agent in your market.

That’s why we work as a national referral network. We take your first call, learn the situation, and pull together the analysis. When it’s time to step into the local market — to walk the property, price it, list it, or sit at a closing — we introduce you to a licensed agent who actually lives and works there.
